REMEDIX Restoration was built around a simple idea: most restoration failures happen because someone rushed the visible fix and skipped the root cause. Water gets dried but the leak is never fixed. Mold gets wiped off the surface but the moisture behind the wall is never addressed. Fire damage gets painted over while smoke quietly ruins the HVAC.
We built a company around doing the opposite. Our process starts with finding the cause, containing the damage, and documenting everything, and only then do we begin the restoration work. That is why we call ourselves REMEDIX. The remediation comes first.
