Water Damage Technician
Hands-on restoration work: water extraction, drying equipment, moisture mapping, content moves. Paid IICRC WRT certification included.
Fire & Smoke Technician
Soot and smoke removal, content cleaning, odor treatment, and structural prep. Training in thermal fog, ozone, and hydroxyl treatments.
Crew Leader
Lead a crew on active jobs, own quality and safety on site, and mentor technicians. Path to project manager for the right person.
Reconstruction Carpenter
Framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and interior trim on rebuild projects. Clean work, steady schedule, long-term role.
Contents / Packout Technician
Careful inventory, pack, and cleaning of client belongings. A role for someone who is organized, patient, and detail-oriented.
Driver / Equipment Specialist
Move equipment, contents, and crews between job sites. Maintain fleet vehicles and equipment inventory. Clean record required.
